Learned counsel for the OP no. 1 and 2 has made a statement that OP no. 1 and 2 are ready to make the payment of Rs. 28100/- to the complainant as full and final settlement subject to the condition that OP no. 1 and 2 be given 30 days time for payment. Thereafter, complainant has made a statement that he is ready to compromise the matter subject to payment of Rs. 28100/- as full and final payment in this case and the present case be decided accordingly.

 2.      In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby disposed of accordingly. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements.  This order be also communicated to both the parties free of costs and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
