             Learned counsel for JD has produced the copy of the order dated 16.12.2016 passed by Hon’ble State Commission that the operation of the impugned order has been stayed. Therefore, execution petition is adjourned sine-die and the same would be taken up as and when required. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
