                File taken up today on the application of learned counsel for the OP with request for permission to compromise the matter

                 Learned counsel for the OP has suffered a separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties and as per the compromise, OP is ready to pay Rs.15 lacs to the complainant, as full and final settlement, within 30 days.

                On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant also suffered his separate a statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised and he does not pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same.

               In view of statement of both the learned counsel for parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
