1. Iffco Tokio general insurance company Ltd. having its office at SCO No.19-20, ground floor, hafed district office, sector-12, part-1, Karnal through its branch manager.
2. Indusind Bank ltd. SCO No.254, 3^rd floor, sector-12, part-1, opposite mini secretariat Karnal through its branch manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  None for the complainant.

                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP-2. On careful perusal of the file, it reveals that since November, 2020, complainant has failed to get the service effected to the OP-2. No anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. Position remained the same on the adjourned date. Case called several times since morning. It is already 04:00 PM. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. There is no justification to adjourn the case further for the same purpose as complaint pertains to year 2020.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
