                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP.

                Learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that, the vehicle in question has been recovered by the police, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                    In view of statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
