                 Complainant made a statement that since filing of the present complaint OPs have not settled his claim. After filing the present complaint company has paid the payment to him as late. Hence different cause of action arise. So, he withdraw his complaint and seeking permission to file afresh.

                In view of statement of complainant the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
