                Shri Naveen Khetarpal counsel for OPs.

       

           Learned counsel of OPs suffered a statement that company is ready to pay Rs.17,000/- as the matter has been compromised between the parties and sought one month time.

   On the other hand, complainant suffered a statement that in view of statement of learned counsel of OPs, he is ready for compromise and withdraw the present complaint.

                In view of statement of learned counsel of OPs and complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. However, the parties would be governed by their respective statements. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
