Jobandeep age 17 years minor son of late Gurjinder Singh through his grandmother Smt.Beant Kaur, resident of Salwan Road, Dera Phoola Singh, Assandh, District Karnal.

Iffco Tokio General Insurance Company Limited, Branch at SCO 19-20, ground Floor, HAFED Office, Sector-12, Karnal, through its Branch Manager, (Insurer of Car Marka i20 Spots Colour white bearing registration No.HR40F-6437 vide policy No.HIB/56061358j, which is valid from 12.09.2023 to 11.09.2024).

                Ms.Purnima Malhotra, counsel for the OP.

 

                  

                   File taken up today on an application moved by learned counsel for the OP on the ground that the complainant has conveyed that he wants to withdraw the present complaint. Keeping in view the contents mentioned in the application, same stands allowed.

                   Learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint as it is not maintainable. He also undertakes that he will not file any case again on the same cause of action against the OP before any courts of law.

                In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
