2.       Iffco Tokio General Insurance Co. Limited “Iffco Sadan” C-1, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi 110017 through its Manager.

                    Learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint on account of technical defect and sought permission to file afresh.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
