            The record is placed before the UPBHOKTA LOK ADALAT this day.

            Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present. Complainant – Anjana Malakar is also present in person. She files Xerox copy of her Aadhaar Card.

Ld. Advocate for the OP Mr. Soumalya Ganguly is present. He files a document dt. 22.03.2023 on behalf of Amar Kumar, Manager – Legal of IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company Ltd.

Heard both sides. Perused the document filed on behalf of the OP.

Both the complainant and the OP agreed that Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs only) will be paid by the OP to the complainant within 15 days from the date of the receipt of this order as in full & final settlement.

Accordingly, it is

                                    O R D E R E D

that this case being C.C. No.210 of 2022 is disposed of in this UPBHOKTA LOK ADALAT  on compromise in between the parties and the OP is directed to pay an amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs only) to the complainant within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order as in full & final settlement.

OP is directed to pay the said amount by an account payee cheque to the complainant within 15 days of the receipt of this order.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
