                    Smt. Tara Wati, petitioner in person with Sh. Ravish Kamboj, Adv.

                    

                   In terms of order dated 01.08.2023, petitioner Tara Wati and her surety Sh. Gulab Chand appeared before this Commission. Surety bond furnished, accepted and attested. The amount of Rs.8,79,063/- (Rupees Eight Lac Seventy Nine Thousand Sixty Three only) is hereby ordered to be released in favour of the petitioner Tara Wati through account payee cheque and record of the miscellaneous application No.4 of 2023 is hereby ordered to be tagged with the main case file.
