Present:       Shri Kamal Kant Radauri, Advocate for the complainant.

                                     

 

                   Today the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he wants to withdraw his present complaint with liberty to file afresh.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file afresh. A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
