Ramesh Kumar (aged about 35 years) son of Sh. Dile Ram, resident of VPO Sikri, District Karnal, Haryana.

ORDER:                                              

                   File taken up today on the application moved by the complainant. Learned counsel for complainant made a statement the matter has been compromised with the OPs. As per compromise the OPs are ready to pay Rs.4,41,000/- (subject to term and policy). Complainant will submit with the company cancelled RC and consent letter on stamp paper attested by public notary. The amount will be full and final settlement. The salvage will remain with the complainant and he withdraw the present complaint.

                   In view of statement of learned counsel of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
