This is an application for restoration of petitions. Learned counsel for respondents states that he has no objection, if above petitions are restored subject to payment of costs. In view of the above statement given by learned counsel for the respondents, applications for restoration are allowed. Petitions stand restored subject to payment of total costs of Rs. 10,000/-. Costs be deposited by way of demand draft in the name of onsumer Legal Aid Account within four weeks from today. List the matter on 27.11.2012 for admission hearing.
