Today the case was fixed for arguments. Counsel for the complainant has appeared and made his statement that due to technical defects, he does not want to pursue the present complaint further. His complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn in order to file fresh before the appropriate forum. Statement in this regard is recorded separatly.

Keeping in view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file fresh complaint before the appropriate forum. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant on retaining photo copies of the same on record.
