None present for appellant. Advocate Mrs.Renuka Nalamwar is present for respondent. Learned advocate for respondent invited attention the attention of this Bench to one order passed by this Commission on 22/02/2022, by this order the Commission had directed to appellant to remain present else the appeal will be disposed of on next date. Further on perusal of record there is pursis filed by counsel of appellant dated 21/02/2021 stating that the parties have settled this matter out of Court and respondent had paid amount to the appellant and hence the appellant does not want to proceed the matter. In view of the pursis and order passed by this Commission on 22/02/2022 this appeal is dismissed and disposed off.
