ORDER

This case was listed for hearing on 18.05.2011.  Petitioner circulated a letter seeking adjournment on the ground that he was to leave for USA to attend his daughter’s pre wedding proceedings and was likely to return to India on 10.07.2011.  He had requested that

the next date of hearing be fixed after 10.07.2011.  The case was adjourned for today.  Petitioner asked for confirmation of the date fixed.  Office sent a notice to the petitioner on 23.05.2011 for today’s hearing which has been received by him duly served.  Neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present.  Dismissed for non-prosecution.
