          1. Complaint no. 23/2009 is partly allowed.

          2.The Opponents are ordered to settled Rs.200/-(Rs. Two Hundred Only) towards balance amount as per policy conditions.

          3.The Opponents are ordered to pay Rs.3,000/-(Rs. Three Thousand Only) towards compensation on account of mental harassment.

          4.The Opponents are ordered to pay Rs.1,000/-(Rs. One Thousand Only) towards legal expenses.

          5.The Opponents are ordered to follow this order jointly and severally within 30 days from the receipt of this order through direct payment or else 3% penal interest shall be payable from passing of this order.

          6.Certified copies of this order be furnished to the parties free of charges.

          7.The Complainants is ordered to take back 2 sets of complaint furnished to the Hon'ble Member.
