Present:          Sh.N.S.Nandal,  Advocate for complainant.

                        Sh.Anurag Malik Advocate for opposite party No.1.

                        File taken up today on the application of Ld. Counsel for the opposite party for settlement of case. Ld. counsel for the complainant has no objection for the same and endorsement to this effect has been made on the application.  Ld. counsel for the opposite party No.1 made a statement that  in the present case, full & final settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.24000/- and the payment will be made to the complainant within 45  days from the date of order. 

                        Ld. Counsel for the complainant also made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

                        In view of the statements made above, present complaint is hereby disposed of with direction to the opposite party No.1 to make the alleged payment of Rs.24000/-(Rupees twenty four thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days from the date of order, failing which opposite party No.1 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% p.a. on the alleged amount from the date of order.

                        Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
