ORDER

Mr. Atul Nanda, Sr. Advocate, counsel for the complainant under instructions, seeks to withdraw the present complaint in view of certain new developments (i.e., repudiation of the claim by the OP vide communication dated 26.03.2012) post-filing of the complaint with liberty to the complainant to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action which is that of the present complaint. In view of above, we dismiss the complaint as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
