File taken up today as complainant moved an application that he has compromised with the opposite parties and wants to withdraw the present complaint. Sh. DS Sran Advocate counsel for opposite parties No. 1 and 2 made a statement that the opposite parties No. 1 and 2 i.e. Iffco Tokio General Insurance Company Limited are ready to pay the amount of Rs. 1,65,000/- as full and final settlement of the claim to the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of order. His statement recorded and taken up on the file. 

On the other hand Sh. Hardeep Singh complainant made a statement that I have heard the above statement of the learned counsel for the opposite parties No. 1 and 2 and agree with the same and in view of his statement I withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied. His statement also recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statements of the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However, parties are bound by their undertakings made today before this Commission. No order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
