During the course of arguments, counsel for the opposite parties has stated that complainant has not supplied the requisite documents required by the opposite parties vide their letters ex.OP2, OP3, OP4 and OP5. Opposite party is bound to decide the claim case of the complainant if the complainant supplies the requisite documents as required by the opposite party. Counsel for the complainant stated that they are ready to supply requisite documents to the opposite party.

Resultantly, this complaint is disposed of with directions to the opposite party to supply documents i.e.driving licence, claim form, registration certificate of the vehicle, third party claim affidavit, consent form from the finance to the opposite party within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of orders and the opposite party is directed to decide claim case of the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of requisite documents from the complainant. Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances of the case, parties are left to bear their own costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
