Present:       Shri Nihal Garg, Advocate for the complainant.

                                                         

                   Today, the case is fixed for consideration. At this stage, learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to technical defect and withdraws the same. He also prays that permission may be granted for filing fresh complaint before the appropriate authority. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
