ORDER:

                   Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.                  

                   At the stage learned counsel for the complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint on account of technical defect, seeking permission to file afresh on the same cause of action and return of the original documents.    

                 In view of the statement the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with a permission to file a fresh on the same cause of action. Original documents attached with the complaint be returned to learned counsel for complainant against receipt in accordance with the rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
