                    Shri Gaurav Gupta, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of JD/OP by filing power of attorney. Learned counsel for the DH/complainant suffered a statement, which is recorded separately to the effect that he has received the cheque bearing No.000094 dated 10.06.2024, of Rs.77,640/-, in compliance of order under execution, now nothing remains due, towards the JD/OP. As such, he withdraws the present execution application, on behalf of DH/complainant, being fully satisfied. Photocopy of the cheque placed on record.

                   In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
