ORDER:

                   Today was the last opportunity for the evidence of the complainant. The case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. The complainant has already availed several opportunities for his evidence including last opportunity and it seems that the complainant is no more interested in prosecuting the present complaint. It is already 4.00PM. Further wait is not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default .The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
