OPs No. 1 and 2 already exparte.

          Complainant has made a statement the matter has been compromised with the OPs and the Compromise is Ex. Ca.  He further stated that the OP No. 3 has replaced his AC and he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

          Heard.  In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed being withdrawn.  Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
