Present Sh. D.K. Sinha, Counsel for the complainant and Counsel for OP-1 i.e. IFB Industries Ltd. and filed compromise dated 16.02.2020 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP-1 to pay 65% of the invoice amount i.e. Rs.12,545/- (total invoice amount Rs.19,300/-) as full & final settlement to the complainant within 30 days from the date of order. OP-1 will pick up the disputed washing machine from the premises of the complainant against due receipt of the settlement amount by the complainant/AR. The complainant stated that he is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left.
This order shall be complied with by OP-1 within a period of 30 days from the date of this order failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
