Both the parties are present today. Complainant vide petition No. 1072/22 prays to allow to withdraw this case on the basis of amicable settlement . Opp.parties vide petition No. 1074/22 prays to dismiss this complaint as both of them has already arrived at an amicable  settlement outside commission and to that  effect the parties had executed an agreement  on 23^rd August,2022 (Photostat  copy of Agreement is annexed herewith).

      Both the petitions are allowed nd accordingly this complaint case is disposed of on withdrawal by the complainant .
