Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for the complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 24.08.2016, 28.02.201725.04.2017, 22.08.2017, 14.11.2017 & 08.02.2018 consecutively. Court notice to the complainant has been issued through speed post and as per track report the court notice has been delivered to the complainant on 05.01.2018. Several calls have been given since morning. But none on behalf of complainant has appeared.

It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above.File be consigned to record room.
