2.       Capital First Limited situated at SCO No.247, 248, Sector-12, Karnal, Haryana, through its Divisional Manager.

 Present:   Shri Parveen Narwal, counsel for complainant.

 

         

          Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered. Learned counsel for complainant suffered a separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on account of technical defect and sought permission to file afresh before the competent Court.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
