          Today, the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of complaint, but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. From the perusal of zimni orders, it is revealed that even from the last three dates of hearing i.e. 18.11.2024, 25.11.2024 and 28.11.2024, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. As such, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Certified copy of the order be sent to the complainant free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
