                File taken up today on the application moved by learned counsel for the complainant to withdraw the complaint. Fresh power of attorney filed on behalf of the complainant.

                Learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties. So, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
