                Complaint presented before the registry of this Commission on 11.9.2023 and put up before this Commission on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Commission.

                 Counsel for the complainant attached documents Ex.C-1 to Ex. C-9 with the complaint.

                 Keeping in view the even dated separate statement suffered by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs and after removing the technical/legal defect, if any, complainant shall be at liberty to file the fresh complaint, qua the same cause of action, against the opponent.
