File take up on the application of OP for early hearing being IA No. 161/2023. Application of early hearing is allowed and matter is heard. OP has filed another application that for setting aside ex-parte proceedings against OP4 which order was passed on 03.02.2023. Copy given to Counsel for Complainant. Counsel for Complainant does not want to file any reply to this application. There is no provision under Consumer Protection Act, which may empower the Commission to set-aside ex-parte orders/proceedings. However Ld. Counsel for OPs submits that he would show some law on this point.
