ORDER:
Today the case was fixed for filing evidence of the complainant.
Evidence on behalf of the complainant Ex.CW1/A alongwith documents Ex.C1 to C6 has been filed. Accordingly, evidence of the complainant has been closed.
On the other hand, Shri Kapil Dev, counsel for the opposite party No.1 has made a statement that “we are ready to transfer the ECS amount Rs.17,105/- to the account of the complainant within ten days.”
Shri Rajiv Rana, counsel for opposite party No.2 has made a statement that written statement filed on behalf of opposite party No.2 may be read as such evidence on behalf of opposite party No.2 and I closed the evidence of opposite party No.2. Accordingly, evidence on behalf of opposite party No.2 has been closed.
On the basis of the statement of counsel for the opposite party No.1, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction to opposite party No.1 to transfer the ECS amount of Rs.17,105/- in the account of the complainant within 10 days from today. Opposite party No.1 is also directed to pay Rs.11,000/- as compensation to the complainant
. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
