BEFORE THE UPOBHOKTA LOK ADALAT OF JULY 2024, BARASAT, NORTH 24 PARGANAS

Aforesaid Complainant filed this case against the aforesaid O.Ps praying for direction to refund Rs. 54,997/-, compensation amounting to Rs. 1,00,000/-, cost of the case and other reliefs.

Complainant Mr. Somnath Biswas is present. Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present. 

Mr. Jeet Dutta being authorised by the O.Ps is present along with letter of authority. Ld. Advocate for the O.Ps is present.

Case is placed before this UPOBHOKTA LOK ADALAT.

Case is taken up for discussion.

After thorough discussion it is settled that Complainant has agreed to refund Rs. 7,100/- in favour of the O.Ps and dispute be solved and Complainant has already refunded Rs. 7,100/- and representative of the O.Ps acknowledged the same.

In view of the settlement O.Ps agreed to issue No Due Certificate (NOC). Today O.Ps handed over the same to the Complainant.

O.Ps also submitted one copy before this Commission. Copy of money receipt also submitted before this Commission.

Hence it is,

ORDERED

That the dispute is settled with the amount of Rs. 7,100/- payable by the Complainant in favour of the O.Ps and Complainant has already paid the said amount and O.Ps issued No Due Certificate in favour of the Complainant.

O.Ps also submitted one copy of No Due Certificate and copy of payment receipt before this Commission.

Dispute is settled between the parties before this Upobhokta Lok Adalat.
