                    At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that OP has issued NOC so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                   In view of statement of learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
