                         Saroj Bala   Vs. IDFC Bank & others

Present:       Shri Ashok Saini, Advocate for the complainant.

                     Shri Satinder Singh, Advocate for opposite party No.1(though exparte).

                      Shri S.K.Verma, Advocate for opposite party No.2.

 

                   Today the counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint on some technical ground with liberty to file a fresh.

                    In view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh before appropriate Commission/Court. 

                   File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
