           Complainant is absent without any step. On repeated calls none appears for the complainant. Record reveals that for the last three consecutive dates complainant became absent without any step even today did not file show-cause. Altogether the conduct of the complainant appears to be horrible and this case is pending since 2014. Not only that we have gone through the order dated 19/02/2018 relating Revision Petition RP/97/2017 of the Hon’ble State Commission.

           In the above backdrop in fact, we have nothing to do but to dismiss the instant case for default on the part of the complainant.  Accordingly we do that.
