Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 3.45 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On the last date of hearing also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant for leading evidence, but in the interest of justice, case was adjourned to 3.2.2016 subject to deposit of costs of Rs.100/- in the Consumer Legal Aid Account. Costs also not paid. It seems that complainant is no more interested in prosecuting the present complaint and same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
