Complainant represented. Heard the counsel. In view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in General Manager, Telecom. Vs. Krishnan, this Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain this complaint. Therefore, the Complainant is directed to receive back the complaint and the related documents to file before the appropriate authority, if so advised.
