After addressing us for some time, learned Counsel appearing for the Complainant seeks leave to withdraw the Complaints, stating that the Complainant shall take recourse to an appropriate remedy, except for filing fresh Complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, as may be available to them, in accordance with law, for redressal of the grievances, raised in the present Complaints.

Accordingly, both the Complaints are dismissed as withdrawn.

It goes without saying that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the grounds urged in the Complaints.
