Parduman Jain filed a consumer case on 30 Apr 2018 against Idea Customer Care Executive Office in the DF-II Consumer Court. The case no is CC/691/2017 and the judgment uploaded on 08 May 2018.
The counsel for the complainant states that the complainant is not interested for restoration of the connection though the same has been sought in the main prayer of the complaint. The parties have amicably settled the matter. The counsel for OP No.2 states that the Op No.2 is ready to pay Rs.7000/- as a good will gesture to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the case.
In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP No.2 shall pay a sum of Rs.7000/- to the complainant within 20 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, failing which the OP NO.2 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. Hence, the complaint stands disposed off.
