ORAL ORDER

Per – Hon’ble Mr. V. P. Utpat, President

          Adv. Smt. Swapnal Gunthe is present on behalf of the Complainant.  Adv. R. P. Bafna is present on behalf of the Opposite Party.  Parties present before us report that in view of amicable settlement of dispute between the parties outside the Forum, the Complainant does not wish to prosecute present consumer complaint any further.  Accordingly, the Complainant has filed a pursis seeking permission of this Forum to withdraw the present complaint.  In view of submissions made across the Bar and in view of pursis filed on record, leave is granted to the Complainant to withdraw the present consumer complaint.  Consequently, consumer complaint accordingly stands disposed of as withdrawn.  Under these circumstances, the parties shall bear their own costs.
