Counsel for the opposite party No.2 got recorded statement that he has no objection if application filed by the complainant for the correction of date mentioned in the complaint in para No.2,3 & 4 is allowed. In view of the statement got recorded by the counsel for the opposite party No.2, application is allowed. Stenographer concerned is directed to make necessary correction in the complaint in red ink with longhand.

At this stage, Sh.Sushil Kumar Sharma,complainant got recorded his statement that Since his claim has been satisfied, as such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.
