                        Today the execution application was fixed for compliance. Counsel for the OP No.1 has made a separate statement in which he states that he tendered a cheque bearing No.394329 dated 23.11.2016 amounting to Rs.6000/- to satisfy the award in execution. Op No.2 has also made a separate statement in which he states that he tendered a cheque bearing No.367340 dated 28.11.2016 amounting to Rs.6000/- to satisfy the award in execution. The cheques tendered by the Ops has been delivered to the complainant and thereafter, the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he wants to withdraw the present execution application with full and final settlement.

                        Heard. In view of the statements made above, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with full and final settlement. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
