COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:          Complainant in person.

                        Mr.Amit Gupta, Advocate for Ops.

 

                       

                        File taken up today in Lok Adalat for compromise. Counsel for the Ops has made a separate statement in which he states that he has handed over a cheaue of Rs.9009.34 as principal amount to the complainant alongwith a sum of Rs.2000/- as in the form of compensation as full and final settlement.

Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque of Rs.9009.34 alongwith Rs.2000/- as compensation with respect to the full and final settlement of the matter. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statements, it is made clear that matter has been compromised in Lok Adalat. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
