           None present for the appellant.

            As per order dated 08.04.2021, two weeks’ time was granted to the appellant to furnished process fees for service of notice on respondent in the State Commission vide order dated 24.10.2019.

          But no compliance has been done by the appellant till dated.

          In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the orders dated 08.04.2021 and 24.10.2019, without further reference to the Bench.
