     The complaint filed by the complainant involves  a matter which is covered under section 7(B) of the Indian Telegraph Act.  The Hon’ble Supreme Court has ordered that matters which are covered under section 7(B) of the Indian Telegraph Act cannot be taken up by the Consumer Fora  (GM, MTNL v. M. Krishnan). The complaint is accordingly not maintainable in this forum.

 Even otherwise, the averments made in the complaint shows that the complainant has been cheated by some person posing as an advocate in the name of Vipin Gupta. The subject matter calls for investigation by the police and is beyond the domain of this forum.

 We, therefore, dismiss the complaint.

Copy of the order be made available to the parties as per rule. 

  File be consigned to record room.
